By creating an account, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and during gameplay. We may verify your location through IP address tracking, mobile device geolocation, and other technical means. Players found to be accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions or using VPN services to mask their true location will have their accounts suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.
You may create only one (1) account per person. In rare cases involving technical delays or bank verification requirements, deposits may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number and payment confirmation receipt.
All transactions on vipp33 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Players depositing from accounts denominated in other currencies will incur conversion fees charged by their financial institution. vipp33 does not control or profit from currency conversion rates applied by third-party banks or payment processors.
You may only deposit funds from bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. vipp33 reserves the right to reverse deposits and forfeit associated winnings if we determine funds originated from an unauthorized source.
To request a withdrawal, your vipp33 account must be fully verified through the KYC process described in Section 2.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
vipp33 processes withdrawal requests during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Most withdrawals to BCA accounts are completed within 5-15 minutes, BRI and BNI within 10-20 minutes, and other banks within 15-30 minutes. For security purposes, vipp33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts (exceeding Rp 10.000.000), first-time withdrawals, or accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns. Additional documentation such as source-of-funds statements, video verification calls, or enhanced identity checks may be required. Withdrawal processing may be delayed by 24-72 hours during enhanced verification procedures.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50.000.000 per transaction and Rp 200.000.000 per month for verified accounts. VIP accounts and high-roller players may request increased limits by contacting customer support. Withdrawals are processed on a first-in, first-out basis during business hours.

vipp33 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, or exploiting technical errors or game glitches to gain unfair advantage. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and made at the sole discretion of vipp33 management.
